Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine. To provide the best care for all clients, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations and reschedules. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service charge. I understand that emergencies happen and illness happen. In these cases, please contact me as soon as possible, and we'll work together to find a solution. This policy helps me maintain a reliable schedule and ensures I can continue offering the best care possible to each client.
