The Hands & Heart
Outside of the studio, Alyssa finds inspiration and grounding through movement, nature, plant tending, and creative expression. You’ll often find her slacklining by the ocean with her friends , wandering new trails, climbing, adventuring, spending her time with her dog, Maya, or simply finding moments of wonder in the world around her. She carries a deep curiosity for life and embraces the playful spirit of being human — whether that looks like creating with her hands, writing, laughing, or reconnecting with the simple joy of play.
Alyssa’s work is rooted in the belief that massage is more than a physical experience — it is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return home to yourself. Each session is a space to soften, breathe, and listen inward. Through intuitive touch and a deeply present approach, she meets each person where they are, creating room for the body to release, restore, and find balance.
Her practice is shaped by her background in Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, Ayurveda, and Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork, along with her continued exploration of breath, fascia, and the relationship between the body and nervous system. These teachings have guided her toward a style of bodywork that honors the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
For Alyssa, healing is not about becoming someone new; it is about reconnecting with the wisdom, strength, and wholeness that already exists within. Her intention is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to come back into deeper connection with themselves.
Through her work, Alyssa hopes to remind others that the body holds incredible intelligence — and that healing can be a journey filled with presence, curiosity, and even a little bit of joy.
