This calming treatment may help reduce swelling, relieve feelings of heaviness, support post-exercise or post-travel recovery, and encourage a deep sense of relaxation. Because the lymphatic system relies on movement rather than the heart to circulate lymph, this specialized technique helps stimulate its natural flow while working in harmony with the body’s own healing processes. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, creating a restorative experience that leaves clients feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply refreshed.
Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine. To provide the best care for all clients, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations and reschedules. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service charge. I understand that emergencies happen and illness happen. In these cases, please contact me as soon as possible, and we'll work together to find a solution. This policy helps me maintain a reliable schedule and ensures I can continue offering the best care possible to each client.
