Service Description
A 30-minute virtual consultation is required for all new clients before booking your first session. This time allows us to connect, discuss what brings you in, learn more about your goals for bodywork, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll take time to understand what your body has been experiencing and create a thoughtful approach for your session that feels supportive, personalized, and aligned with your needs.
Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine. To provide the best care for all clients, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations and reschedules. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service charge. I understand that emergencies happen and illness happen. In these cases, please contact me as soon as possible, and we'll work together to find a solution. This policy helps me maintain a reliable schedule and ensures I can continue offering the best care possible to each client.
